I have looked into this issue further. Please disregard my last email.
I believe that if you are running 10.4 and using SSH to send the email
with standard install of postfix then the 0.9.8r-alpha1 should resolve
the issue. Please check that your in your mail configuration file you
have specified the email address with an "@" symbol if you do not add
in an "@" symbol then you will have what ever name you put into that
filed followed by @postfix.your.domain.com as the from address for the
email.

For example if you wanted to send an email from me at testdomain.com then
you would ensure that the following line is specified within the your
mail.confg file :

# Specify the message From Address
messageFromAddress="me at testdomain.com"

If you were to specify "me.testdomain.com" then you would end up with
the from address being translated into something like : me.testdomain.com at mailserver.yourdomain.com
.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if this 0.9.8r-alpha1 resolves
your issues.

Good luck.
